Cold brew equipment
Cold brew is a brewing method where coffee is extracted slowly in cold water over 12–24 hours. The long extraction results in a smooth, rounded, and less acidic coffee with natural sweetness and a full-bodied flavor. Cold brew is typically served cold – either neat, over ice, or diluted with water or milk – and is especially popular as a refreshing coffee drink with low bitterness and high complexity.
