This all-steel construction – crafted with techniques normally only found in high-performance engine parts – provides a bold, sharp design that supports functionality to perfection.

The Baracuda®'s optimized grinder geometry delivers a bean throughput that is 2–3 times higher than normal, yet still offers a silky smooth grinding experience and a comfortable, light torque. The grinder achieves a world-class particle size distribution and covers the full spectrum of brewing methods – from coarse grind for filter coffee, right down to ultra-fine for espresso and Turkish coffee (cezve/ibrik).
