Roast, Very Dark Roast - Full City++

This is a very dark roast and seconds more in the roaster will result in a visit from the fire department. I don't roast as dark as this, as I'm not at all into the special slightly fishy aroma that comes from the beans to this degree. I'm not into that at all, right now... but maybe one day, who knows :)
