RE-ZIP Circular Packaging

At EverBean, we have a clear goal to reduce the footprint we leave on the planet, through our production, distribution and our operations. The RE-ZIP collaboration is one of the steps we have taken to get closer to our goal.

RE ZIP is a return system for circular packaging that allows packaging to be reused for shipping multiple times. All you have to do is return the packaging and it will be recycled. Recycling the packaging reduces both CO2 emissions and tree felling compared to disposable packaging, and you also avoid a full trash can. A RE ZIP packaging is designed to reduce CO2 emissions the first or second time it is used (depending on the type of packaging).

EverBean wants to use RE-ZIP for all our orders, except for those that are placed for pickup at our location. There we pack the coffee in bags from sugarcane production, and we encourage you to bring a bag with your purchase.

It's that simple

Simple with RE-ZIP

  1. Shop as usual
  2. When you check out, you choose RE-ZIP in your basket
  3. You pay DKK 15 for the circular packaging, BUT you get a 10% discount on your next purchase of coffee from EverBean.

Return the packaging

  1. When you have received your order, you fold the box and scan the QR code with your smartphone to find the nearest place to return the packaging.
  2. When your delivery location has received the packaging, scanned it correctly and sent it, you will receive an email with your discount code for coffee in our shop.

With RE-ZIP, we skip many of the normal recycling steps, thereby saving the planet a lot of wear and tear. We reduce CO2 by transport, combustion and/or the recycling process itself.
