Limited, Ashes of Time, ICED Coffee Blend (w)
Matured in oak barrels and enriched with the depth of rum – the fullness of coffee and the power of heat.
A silent nod to tradition and a celebration of refinement, this coffee is made from Matinilla beans from Escazú and Caldas – two regions with deep roots in coffee culture – that are carefully processed through a full wash, highlighting their natural clarity and balance.
The Arabica varieties Red Catuai, Caturra, Yellow Catuaí and Castillo grow at altitudes of 1200-1800 meters and ripen slowly under alternating clouds and sun. The result? A coffee with character and depth.
The taste is elegantly full, round and soft, with notes of oak, dark rum and a touch of ripe fruit. Think warm spices and an aftertaste that lingers like an echo of something genuine and timeless.
This isn't just a coffee – it's an experience with weight and warmth. Simple. Pure. Refined.
