Developed as a light but intense iced coffee that combines high acidity, clarity and a light, fruity sweetness, ICE Breaker is a limited edition coffee created for those hot days when you need a cool cup with character.
The blend consists of three naturally processed Arabica varieties from different regions: Yellow Bourbon from low-lying São Paulo in Brazil, Kent from the volcanic slopes of Karatu, Tanzania, and Dega from Gedeo in southern Ethiopia. Together they deliver a complex profile, with the Brazilian beans contributing body and sweetness, the Tanzanian beans providing structure and floral notes, and the Ethiopian beans providing acidity and fruitiness.
You get an iced coffee with notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus and dark berries. It is best brewed as an iced or flash brew, where the light body and crisp finish are allowed to shine. The altitudes – from 600 to 2210 meters above sea level – help shape the nuances in the cup and give the coffee its depth and precision.
ICE Breaker is for those who want something more from their iced coffee. It's an experimental blend in small quantities, and once it's gone, it won't come back.
