Coffee from Brazil is known for its low acidity, sweet taste and having notes of dark chocolate, nuts and caramel. The burnt notes from the roasting are easy to get a taste for, especially if it is an espresso it is enjoyed as. I have chosen to roast this bean to the edge of the roasted flavor. That is that it is particularly suitable for filters, pistons and coffee machines.
Brazil accounts for a good 35% of the world's coffee production and a good 80% of it is Arabica beans.
This coffee is recommended for piston, aeropress, v60 filter and coffee machine.
