Code of Conduct

At EverBean, we work based on a global code of conduct. It is a set of rules that guides us in how we run our business and helps employees maintain ethical behavior. We call this our Code of Conduct.
In short, it means that we keep what we promise and strive to create value in everything we do.
All employees and business partners are obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with the guidelines described in our Code of Conduct and the values ​​on which this is based. We must adhere to the letter and spirit of the Code and help others to do the same
Our Code of Conduct for external suppliers forms the framework for the requirements that EverBean sets as a minimum for its business partners and their sub-suppliers. EverBean also has an expectation that our business partners demand the same high level of integrity and business conduct from both their own employees and from their business partners.

Collaborators and suppliers

  • Our business partners must not discriminate in their recruitment practices. This includes discrimination on the basis of race, mental/physical challenges, sex, religion or any other protected status or characteristic that does not relate to the person's qualifications or the requirements of the job being filled.

  • Collaborators must ensure a working environment that is in accordance with internationally declared human rights.

  • EverBean expects our business partners to allow their employees to organize freely and to be members of trade unions.

Our standards
  • EverBean works to minimize the direct and indirect environmental impact of its activities and continuously improve its environmental efforts.

  • EverBean works to ensure its employees a safe working environment free of discrimination.

  • PwC does not tolerate financial crime, including money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Collaborators and suppliers

  • EverBean expects our business partners to identify and manage environmental impacts from their business. This implies that they minimize the emission of greenhouse gases and that they engage in promoting environmental responsibility, efficient waste management and an appropriate use of natural resources.

  • Collaborators must ensure a working environment that is free from gross, violent, threatening, degrading and other inappropriate behavior and where harassment or other disrespectful behavior is not tolerated, including sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying.

  • Collaborators must not provide any service or enter into arrangements that give rise to PwC being directly or indirectly involved in financial crime, including money laundering
