This bean is soft, creamy and a total delight for anyone who loves espresso coffee. I am super proud of this coffee and it is the way I love espresso coffee.

The caffeine in these beans is removed with water and not chemicals!

" I developed this roast profile for my friend who loves coffee but whose medication's effects wore off when he drank caffeinated beverages. That's why I wanted to create an espresso roast, made from 100% decaffeinated beans, with the depth and bitterness of his well-known espresso. It succeeded beyond all expectations and I'm quite proud of this bean. For me, it's an absolute must-have between a good dinner and bedtime :) "

Colombia is one of the countries with the greatest range of coffee flavors. They have everything from heavy cocoa flavors to light floral and acidic experiences. Common to all of them is a balanced and fruity flavor. Colombia is the world's 3rd largest coffee producer and the coffee is grown on small farms on mountain slopes at around 1,500 m.

About the cultivation and processing -

This is a decaffeinated and washed blend of Caturra, Typica and Bourbon varieties from different regions of Colombia. The coffee has a citrusy flavor with sharp acidity and a round body.
